In order to strengthen channel cooperation and improve terminal service capability, on April 23, the Beijing agent team made a special trip to the company's production base to carry out a one-day special study and exchange activity on elevator installation technology. The company's technical backbone and production leader accompanied and guided the whole process, and the two sides conducted in-depth discussions on elevator installation technology, standard specifications and on-site practical operation.
At the training site, the technical team first systematically explained the product structure, installation process and safety control points of the elevator to the visitors. From hoistway survey, component positioning to guide rail installation, debugging and testing, the technical standards and practical operation difficulties of key processes were disassembled one by one. Subsequently, the agent team went deep into the production workshop and conducted on-site practical exercises on the elevator installation training platform built by the company.
From the construction of the installation frame and the precise docking of components to the debugging and optimization of the control system, the visitors, under the one-on-one guidance of the technicians, personally operate and repeatedly polish the details to solve various problems that may be encountered in the installation process on site. The two sides also exchanged and discussed the differences in installation scenarios of end customers and the adaptation scheme for special working conditions, and jointly sorted out and optimized the installation service process.
